Got to see some creative costumes at the Pawtucket Halloween Hootenanny & Parade!
And it was all treats, no tricks at Billy Taylor Park in Providence, handing out candy to trunk-or-treaters with my colleagues in government.
Loved to see the community come together for a fun night!
